Tweetr - Lets you send links quickly by using a drag and drop as well as URL shortening.

Yoono - Works with Firefox or as a desktop stand alone. This tool allows you to post to multiple social media with the same item.

Browser Usage

Twitbin - Lets you keep up with Twitter conversations while using Firefox.

Twitterfox - Places a twitter icon on the Firefox status bar that notifies you of updates; allows you to post and delete tweets.
