Master. The dictionary tells us a master is someone very skilled or able in some work or profession. Legendary
service, on the other hand, is fairly unheard of. Our speaker, Tom Shay, understands this need, especially after having spent over twenty five years as a merchant. As a merchant he was one, and worked to create, masters of legendary service. Today, he will share with us his observations and the secrets of this rare breed of sales people. During
the past fifteen years Tom has been a columnist for over 60 trade
