2. Value your employees. Show your employees and customers that you greatly value your staff. Close your store early once each quarter and treat your employees and their families to a cookout. 3. Ask your customers why. Always ask your customer why they are making their purchase. You will gain valuable information that can lead to an add-on sale. 4. Have clean restrooms.
